Beresfield Community Care is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people in living their best lives with care at home.
Since 1988, we’ve partnered with families across Beresfield and the Lower Hunter to deliver practical, reliable support with a warm local touch.
What we do
- Home Aged Care: We specialise in Support at Home and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), delivered via My Aged Care, helping older Australians (65+ and 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) stay safe, comfortable, and connected at home.
- Disability Supports: As a Registered NDIS provider, we deliver practical, quality supports for people living with disability who participate in the NDIS.
