Beresfield Community Care is moving to a new client management system from 1 September 2026. The new system will help our team coordinate services more consistently and efficiently.

During the changeover, you may notice a temporary change to your service time or have a different support worker on some occasions. Your statements and invoices will also look different, but the information will be up to date.

Your support worker will also ask you to sign their phone screen after your service. A stylus will be provided. Your signature only confirms that the service was completed and does not change your services or care plan.
