Answers to some regular questions about our services provided under the NDIS are below - if you don't see an answer to a question you have, please contact us and we'll be happy to help:

How do I access your services?

If you already have a Support Plan with the NDIS, please give us a call on 4964 1131. One of our experienced Support Advisors will discuss how we can help you implement your plan.

If you haven’t registered with the NDIS, you will need to contact them to determine your eligibility and the services that might be available to support your needs. For more information, please contact the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visit www.ndis.gov.au

Do I need a Doctor’s certificate to access your service?

You may need to provide evidence to the NDIS for an assessment. Your GP or medical specialist may be able to support you with this.

How long can I use the services for?

Once your eligibility is established you can use our service as long as needed, or until review. NDIS participants are covered by their individual care plans which may change over time, as your needs change.

What will it cost?

NDIS costs come out of your NDIS package and will be quoted prior to providing the support. We can only provide the support listed in your Support Plan.
